BIMA Bash! 2026 Non-Art Submission Form

Thank you for considering a donation to this year’s BIMA Bash! Use this form to donate items, goods, and services to this year’s BIMA Bash!, taking place June 18 & 20, 2026. BIMA Bash! is the museum’s largest annual fundraiser, supporting our exhibitions, educational programs, and community initiatives. Thanks to the generosity of artists and donors, the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art remains open with free admission for all, 362 days a year.

 

BIMA welcomes high-quality non-art auction donations that offer engaging, memorable, or one-of-a-kind experiences and items. Our target minimum retail value ranges from $150–$5,000. Experiences, packages, services, travel, dining, and unique offerings that align with BIMA’s mission and community values are especially encouraged. If you have any questions or would like assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. All inquiries and non-art donation submission questions will receive a response. BIMA BASH! 2026 Event info + Important Dates: 

  • Submission Form Deadline: March 23, 2026
  • Non-Art Photography Deadline for print catalog: March 23. (BIMA can take a photo if artwork is received by March 15.)
  • Physical Item or Certificate Delivery to Museum Administrative Office: March 1 - June 1.

  • EVENT- Bash! Artful Party+ Silent Auctions: Thursday, June 18, 6:00-9:00 pm.
  • EVENT- Bash! Gala Dinner+ Live Auction: Saturday, June 20, 5:00-9:00 pm.

Criteria for Non-Art Auction Donations:

  • We prefer donations with a retail value between $150 and $5,000. Items or experiences valued below  $150 may require prior review.
  • Donated items and experiences should be high-quality, complete, and ready for presentation, with clear descriptions and any applicable terms or restrictions.
  • Physical items that are oversized, perishable, or fragile are not preferred—please inquire in advance if you have questions about suitability.
  • Experience-based donations should include clear redemption details, such as expiration dates, blackout periods, and any limitations.
  • You will be contacted by the BIMA team if we have any questions or considerations regarding your donation.

Please note: Please submit the completed form before delivering any physical items, or bring it with you at the time of drop-off if it has not already been submitted. If you need assistance completing the form, our team is happy to help. Submission of the form serves as your donation’s consideration for inclusion. We deeply value your generosity and support; however, BIMA reserves the right to decline submissions for any reason, including condition, restrictions, valuation, or alignment with the event. Final acceptance and placement of non-art donations in the auction are determined by BIMA.

 

Legal Agreement: The Bainbridge Island Museum of Art reserves the right to place donated non-art items or experiences in either the BIMA Bash! Silent or Live Auction. Minimum and guaranteed bid amounts (which may exceed the stated fair market value) may be set at the discretion of BIMA. If accepted, images, descriptions, business names, logos, and/or donor names associated with the donation may be used, without limitation or time restriction, for promotional purposes related to the BIMA Bash! and/or the Museum, including but not limited to event marketing, printed and digital catalogs, the Museum’s website, and social media platforms.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above. Submission of this form constitutes your consent to this agreement.
